Returns and Refunds
- We accept returns for damaged, expired, or incorrect items delivered.
- Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery by contacting us at nandharacosmetics@gmail.com
- Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
- To facilitate a smooth return process and prevent fraudulent claims, customers are requested to record an unboxing video of the product at the time of delivery and retain it. This video may be required for verification in case of return, refund, or damage-related concerns.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
